Purpose = Success
My opinion is that Success is driven by Vision, Creation, and Effort. Purpose is driven by Ambition, Opportunity, and Energy.
Purpose = Success.
Vision = Energy
Opportunity = Creation
Ambition = Effort.
What of these aspects does the Employee control?
Employee controls: Effort, Ambition, Energy, and is part of the creation in Success… without an employee willing to give you their best and feeling connected to what they are creating. Then you will not create anything worthwhile.
Effort:
An employee's effort: is based on learning, growing, and evolving. We put the most effort when we know the outcome will be recognized and make a difference to others in the company or industry we love.
Ambition:
An employee's ambition is always within. It's wanting to become better than yesterday. It is a reason to wake up and give 100% today because you are working towards a goal and a vision.
Energy:
An employee's energy: This has a lot to do with the habits of the person. It is the most difficult thing to control. Because without energy you cannot get anything done. But you can help gain momentum through a purpose.
The power source is a purpose. Whether it's big or small. As long as you are a part of something and you are making a difference then you will have unlimited energy.
The Employer should serve their employees with an Opportunity, a Vision, and a Purpose.
